BELLY LOVE? Well Heck, Why Not? |

Well, there's a problem. Fact is, in an effort to be fair, I've been trying
to get more MAN BELLY up here on the web site. Trouble is, not a lot of guys are stepping up to the
plate here. I only got one example of MANBELLY and that was because I agreed not to include his face. Could it be that men
have somehow become aware of how repellent our big hairy guts are? This,
I do not know. All I can do is continue to make my best effort to get guys
to show the BELLY, and ask for the help of any women nearby when I'm soliciting for the display.
Come on girls, hoot the way men do when you show your BELLY, and they may go for it. |
This is Abby. Or Abbie. Not sure how she spells it. Anyway, she's Danni's Sister. Her idea of fun? Prank calling The Trolley while Danni is cooking in the kitchen and ordered two dozen sandwiches during dinner rush.
EVIL! |

That's Tonya (pretty sure that's how she spells it). She's not exactly evil, but she does laugh at Abby's / Abbie's hijinks pretty hard. |

It was a momentous night for several reasons when we all rallied up at The Trolley Stop for the latest edition of The Acoustic Revival. Some of our best buds, known infamously as The Geo Crew, were celebrating various college related victories (graduating chief among them).
We've all come to know and love Britt and Jeff and John and Kip and Blondie and Berzerkle, Kevin and Jodi and Kip and Scott and Kip. And Kip. And of course our beloved mascot and Chief Knothead In Charge, Kip Tingle. As Players we've really had a blast watching and listening to these guys, and as people running
around loose we've become really fond of them too. You just hope the
hell you run into some people this cool when you decide to do something like The Acoustic Revival. BIG CONGRATS GUYS. |
Josh Paddock leapt into the breach when Marishah got a little illness. He was (as usual) a fireball. |
Well howdy! That's Jason "HUGE" Ruge up on stage singing and leaping about with Billy Donth! We knew Billy was talented, but here all this time we thought all Jason had going for him was a magical ability to baffle women into supporting his extravagant
lifestyle. But NO! He's also a side-man. And this of course,
is one of the prophesied signs of The End Times. |
The Real Deal Returns! That's right, our buddy Kyle Bowman made it out, and he proved his last appearence was no fluke. Old Kyle, now this man can play a song like nobody's business. He's got old school country roots, but the truth is he can pretty much tear up any song he gets a mind to. Obviously I am completely impressed and inspired by Mr. Bowman, and KC feels the same. If you haven't seen him, YOU MUST. And you'll never meet a nicer guy either. Get out again soon pal. |

Here's a couple of guys who, no doubt about it, turned in their best show yet.
It's so great to watch our Players mature and become real artists, and Lackluster seemed to have found some real inspiration this week. They've got something
going with the harmonies they construct. Very, VERY nice job boys. These two remain a duo to watch. |
Probably getting tired of getting his butt kissed, but boy old Kevin Serey has really become a staple at the show. We just dig what he does so much,
and we love that he's back as a regular. THAT'S RIGHT! |
It never fails to amaze me and KC that every week we get a bunch of new talent at The Acoustic Revival. This thing is never going to get old, because it's always producing great
new talent. Mike Evans made his big debut and man he was just dandy. Hard to believe it was his first
shot up there, and he was a real crowd pleaser. Had some family stop
by (Brother and Dad, not sure which is which), and that's some nice support.
Also on hand was Nick Schenkl, and he turned in a fine set, mixing his own tunes with some cover material.
Again, a new guy who put the nerves on the back burner and turned in a set full
of passion and energy. Let me tell you, I've been doing this since 1926,
and it takes real coconuts to get up there at all. Where the courage
comes in is when you've got a full blown case of the goo-goo and you step up and
deliver anyway. And Mike and Nick came up with the goods on this night.
Great to have you both on board, and we hope to see you next week. |
